Frost & Keeling services as the General Contractor and turn-key contractor performing the Design and Construction of a complete pneumatic function test facility at Kelly Airfield in San Antonio, TX. Our team designed the instrumentation system and test stand interface for testing different aircraft components. Some of the key elements of the installation included two 1250 HP primary centrifugal air compressor, a secondary 300 HP reciprocating boost compressor, two gas fired air heaters, and cooling tower air cooler for process heating/cooling.
