Frost & Keeling participated in the Installation of Life/Health/Safety (LHS) systems, and Mission Critical HVAC/Environmental Control Systems for four Secure Mission Critical facilities at Ft. Sam Houston. Throughout construction and renovation, all Mission Critical HVAC and Environmental control systems at the facilities were required to remain in operation during construction/switchover to maintain facility temperature and humidity. Our scope of work included, installation of Emergency Building Pressure Relief Systems, installation of Emergency Mechanical Inert Gas (CleanAgent) Evacuation Systems, installation/replacement of Computer Room Environmental Control Systems, complete replacement of HVAC Cooling/Heating Systems and installation/replacement of building BAS/EMCS systems with facilities in full operation.
