Frost & Keeling participated in the Design and Construction of the Mission Critical mechanical and electrical upgrades to support increased capacity and maintain N+1 redundancy requirements while the facility remained operational. Our team installed exterior pad-mount computer room air condition units (CRACs), chilled water/hot water HVAC systems, air handlers, chillers, boilers, pumps, a complete plumbing system, and an Energy Management System (EMCS). This project was a fast paced and successfully completed while limiting interruption to current building occupants whom remained in the facility throughout construction.
